Pour chaque établissement, la durée des stages n'est pas toujours la même. Ces derniers durent un minimum 6 heures et vont jusqu'à 20 heures.

Chaque stage correspond à un commerce différent. Les 4 types existant dans la ville sont :

Renouvellement du permis, stage de 6 heures.

Permis d'exploitation

Depuis 2006, le permis d'exploitation est une formation d'une durée de 2 jours et demie. À la fin des 20 heures de formation, le permis est délivré. Il est ensuite valable 10 ans.

Ce permis est obligatoire dans la ville pour tous ces établissements :

Hôtels.
Bars.
Cafés.
Pubs.
Restaurants.
Campings.
Discothèques.

Lors de cette formation, vous apprendrez tout ce qu'il est nécessaire de savoir lorsqu'on est chef d'établissement.

Tous les sujets essentiels au bon fonctionnement d'un établissement sont traités :

Des explication sur les différentes licences.
Les affichages obligatoires.
La lutte contre l'alcoolémie.
L'ivresse sur la voie publique.
La protection des mineurs.
La protection des femmes enceintes.
L'alcoolémie au volant.
La lutte contre le bruit.
Etc.

Le renouvellement du permis

Lorsque vous avez exercé votre métier durant 10 ans, vous êtes dans l'obligation de renouveler votre permis d'exploitation dans la ville .

Ce permis ne dure qu'une journée, sur 6 heures de formation, pour rappeler les principales réglementations et législations liées au bon fonctionnement d'un établissement.

Cette formation va reprendre les sujets cités ci-dessus, et mettre à jour les différentes règles relatives à la vie d'un établissement.

Permis pour chambres d'hôtes

Lorsque vous voulez accueillir des clients dans votre chambre d'hôtes et que vous leur proposez de l'alcool pendant le repas, il est obligatoire pour vous de passer ce permis dans la ville .

Depuis le 1er juin 2013, une formation d'un jour, d'une durée de 7 heures est obligatoire pour pouvoir ouvrir votre chambre d'hôtes.

Cette formation est aussi valable pour les tables d'hôtes proposant de l'alcool au dîner.

Lors de cette formation, les sujets traités sont les mêmes que le permis d'exploitation, mais ils seront adaptés à l'activité de la chambre d'hôtes.

Permis pour vente d'alcool la nuit

Si vous vendez de l'alcool la nuit, entre 22 heures et 6 heures du matin, il vous faut un permis d'exploitation. Ce permis vous sera délivré après votre présence durant 7 heures de formation.

Ce permis vous permettra de pouvoir exploiter vos licences. Il ne vous donne pas de licences, il vous donne le droit de les exploiter ou de les demander.

Cette formation va être obligatoire dans la ville , pour les établissements suivants :

Épiceries.
Commerçants ambulants.
Établissements de vente à distance.
Établissements de vente en ligne.

Les conditions pour ouvrir une exploitation.
La classification de l'alcool.
