Avec près d’une dizaine de modifications en seulement 15 ans, la réglementation de la santé publique relative à la vente de boissons reste un sujet délicat. En effet, de nombreuses mesures sont prises régulièrement par l’administration Française pour adapter l’activité aux besoins des populations.

Le législateur est suivi dans sa démarche par certains établissements de formation. En plus de proposer des stages de permis d’exploitation conformes, elles innovent dans leur système pédagogique.

Quel est l’intérêt du pack restaurateur : permis d'exploitation ethygiène alimentaire ?

Cette formation inédite a été pensée dans le but ultime de concilier un certain nombre d’activités :

L’ouverture d’un débit de boissons alcoolisées.
L’ouverture d’un restaurant ou d’un établissement de vente de denrées alimentaires à consommer sur place.

Deux formations qui peuvent être complémentaires

En quoi consiste la formation ?

Le pack restaurateur : permis d'exploitation ethygiène alimentaire renferme 3 processus de formation :

La formation classique du permis d’exploitation de 20 heures pour les exploitants de moins de dix ans d’expérience.
La formation permis d’exploitation d’un jour (soit 7 heures) pour les exploitants possédant au moins dix ans d’expérience.
Le stage hygiène alimentaire pour le personnel des établissements de restauration.

Le pack restaurateur : permis d'exploitation ethygiène alimentaire : la durée de la formation

La consistance du stage n’est pas différente de la pédagogie des stages classiques. La véritable différence réside au niveau de la durée. En effet, les formations s’enchaînant, la durée maximale de la séance est de 34 heures, soit 20 + 14 heures. Les participants s’engagent pour 4 jours et demi de stage.

Dans la mesure où un candidat bénéficie d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de débit de boisson, la durée est réduite à 21 heures, soit 7 + 14 heures. Dans ce cas, on passe à 3 jours de formation.
