Permis d'exploitation et hygiène alimentaire Haute-Savoie 74

Nous vous proposons tous les types de stages adaptés à la réglementation de votre activité future ou actuelle. Leur durée varie de un jour à une semaine pour le pack complet restaurant. Suivant les cas, l’exploitant ou bien un au moins des collaborateurs doit pouvoir à tout moment justifier qu’il a bien suivi ce ou ces stages.

Le stage d’une journée

L’exploitant d’une chambre d’hôtes est tenu, avant l’ouverture au public, d’avoir suivi ce stage. Certains types de commerces peuvent éventuellement être autorisés à vendre des boissons alcoolisées durant la nuit, de 22 heures à 6 heures, même sans être sous le régime des débits de boissons. L’exploitant doit également suivre ce stage.

Enfin, et ce point n'est pas des moindres, ce stage est obligatoire tous les dix ans pour tout exploitant de débit de boissons. Il s’agit là de remettre à niveau ses connaissances en fonction de l’évolution régulière de la réglementation applicable dans le département dans le Haute-savoie.

Le stage de permis d’exploitation de 2,5 jours

Quel que soit le type de licence dont il s’apprête à solliciter l’obtention, le futur exploitant d’un débit de boissons doit avoir suivi le stage de 2 jours et demi. Très fortement orienté vers les problématiques de santé publique, ce stage comporte de nombreux rappels réglementaires applicables à la distribution de boissons alcoolisées.

La protection des mineurs, la lutte contre la toxicomanie et les nuisances engendrées par un débit de boissons sont également des thèmes majeurs de ce stage. Acteur important, l’exploitant sera informé précisément de sa responsabilité à la fois en tant que commerçant et que personne dans son activité.

Le stage d’hygiène alimentaire HACCP (2 jours)

Dans l’équipe opérationnelle d’un restaurant, l’un au moins des collaborateurs doit avoir été formé à la méthode internationale reconnue HACCP relative à l’hygiène alimentaire. C’est le but de ce stage d’une durée de deux jours. Dans le domaine de la restauration, vous aborderez les normes et les bonnes pratiques à adopter obligatoirement.

Les contrôles sanitaires dans les établissements de restauration sont de plus en plus fréquents dans votre département dans le Haute-savoie. La présence en permanence d’une personne au moins ayant suivi cette formation est incontournable. Attention, les sanctions à l’encontre du représentant de l’entreprise peuvent être très sévères si ce n’est pas le cas.

Le pack restaurateur : Permis d’exploitation et HACCP

Dans l’écrasante majorité des cas, le restaurant est également un débit de boissons. Et pour plus de tranquillité d’esprit l’exploitant désire disposer en plus de son permis d’exploitation, de la casquette hygiène alimentaire / HACCP. C’est en y pensant que nous avons décidé de proposer un pack regroupant les deux formations en une semaine continue. C’est plus pratique pour le stagiaire et également pour notre organisation. De ce fait, le prix du pack est moins élevé que les deux stages pris séparément.
