Combiner la formation HACCP et la formation permis d'exploitation en région Martinique : c'est possible !

Avis aux restaurateurs ! Vous souhaitez ouvrir un restaurant et pouvoir servir des boissons alcoolisées en accompagnement des repas ? Deux formations vous seront alors nécessaires :

La formation à l'hygiène alimentaire (HACCP).
La formation au permis d'exploitation.

La première permet d'être formé aux bonnes pratiques d'hygiène en région Martinique tandis que l'autre sensibilise les futurs exploitants aux risques liés à l'alcool. Pourquoi ne pas alors combiner les deux formations afin de bénéficier d'un tarif souvent plus intéressant et ainsi être doublement formés sans perdre de temps ?

La formation permis d'exploitation en région Martinique

Pour pouvoir vendre des boissons alcoolisées en accompagnement des repas, un restaurateur doit justifier d'un permis d'exploitation. Pour obtenir ce permis d'exploitation, il est nécessaire d'effectuer une formation.

Cette formation dure deux jours et demi, soit 20 heures de cours permettant notamment aux futurs exploits d'être :

Sensibilisés à la prévention et à la lutte contre l’alcoolisme.
Sensibilisés à la protection des mineurs.
Sensibilisés à la lutte contre le bruit.
Formés à la répression de l’ivresse publique.
Informés sur la législation des stupéfiants.
Informés sur les principes de la responsabilité civile et pénale.

Grâce à ce stage, les stagiaires pourront mieux appréhender les divers risques liés à la vente de boissons alcoolisées. À la fin des 20 heures de formations, les exploitants obtiennent un permis d'exploitation valable pendant 10 ans. Au-delà de ce délai, il sera nécessaire d'effectuer un renouvellement en repassant une formation d'une journée.

Choisir d'ajouter le stage d'hygiène alimentaire à sa formation en région Martinique

Pour assurer la sécurité alimentaire des consommateurs, l'Etat a rendu obligatoire la formation d'hygiène alimentaire HACCP. Ainsi, au moins une personne travaillant au sein d'un établissement de bouche doit avoir suivi ce stage, qu'il soit le gérant ou un simple salarié.

La formation HACCP en région Martinique se déroule sur 2 jours soit 14 heures durant lesquelles les stagiaires sont notamment formés sur :

Les risques liés à l'alimentation : virus, bactéries, etc.
Les bons gestes et les bonnes pratiques à mettre en place pour limiter ces risques.
La méthode HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) : un outil d'analyse, de contrôle et de gestion idéal pour les restaurateurs.
Les réglementations à respecter lors des contrôles sanitaires.

Ainsi, le pack HACCP et permis d'exploitation en région Martinique est idéal pour les restaurateurs puisqu'il couvre à la fois l'aspect sanitaire et la possibilité de vendre de l'alcool dans le futur établissement. Au total, la formation dure 5 jours, 20 heures pour la formation au permis d'exploitation et 14 heures pour la formation HACCP.

Combiner les deux permet ainsi d'apprendre sans perdre de temps, et tout cela sur le même lieu. Pour pouvoir bénéficier de formations reconnues, les stagiaires doivent effectuer leurs formations dans un organisme agréé par l'État.
